Delivery Charges A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders. Deliveries are made via courier services, and the payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Accuracy Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and confirm that courier services are available in your area before placing an order.

Order Confirmation Your order is considered confirmed once you receive a message containing the tracking ID and total amount from Herbal Glow.

Damaged or Faulty Products If you receive a product with issues such as leakage, breakage, or improperly sealed packaging, please contact us immediately upon receiving the parcel. Claims for damaged items must be reported promptly to be entertained.

Replacements & Refunds You are eligible for a replacement or refund based on the condition and remaining weight of the product.

Order Cancellations To cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
